Do you manufacture in custom sizes and fill weights?
Yes. You set the raw material, the size and the fill weight; we produce to that specification and deliver ready for sale.
Can you produce under our own label?
Yes. We deliver with your own label and packaging, ready to go straight onto the shelf.
Can we see a sample before ordering?
Yes. We produce a sample in the chosen raw material, fabric and fill weight for your approval. Series production then follows the approved sample exactly.
Which product groups do you manufacture?
Fibre, pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, duvet cover sets, inner pillows (interlining), hotel and dormitory textiles, decorative products and baby products.
Can we buy fibre on its own?
Yes. We supply fibre in bulk with different denier, cut length and blend options, and we work out the right fibre for your project together.
Where is production done?
In our own facility in Bursa İnegöl. Fibre processing, filling, quilting, sewing, warehousing and quality control sit under one roof, so with no transfers in between, quality control is applied at every stage.
What sizes do you produce?
We have a ready size table covering all standard bed types, which you can find on the Size Guide page. We also produce in any dimension outside those sizes.
Do you supply hotels, dormitories and healthcare facilities?
Yes. Hotel and dormitory textiles are a product group of their own; we produce them as sets, including bed runners, bedspreads and cushions.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
It varies by product group and model. Share the quantity you need in the quote form and we will come back with a suitable production option.
What is the lead time?
It depends on the product, the quantity and the fill weight. We give a firm delivery date with the quote, once the sample is approved.
Do you ship abroad?
